- Ten-year-old Erich, son of the bricklayer [Gustav] Rosentreter [16602], went to the bathing area on the Küddow river with his peers on Saturday afternoon. This bathing area was near the brickworks. While bathing, Erich suddenly found himself in a deep spot, disappeared, reappeared, called for help and then went down for good. His body could only be recovered on Sunday near the urban area of Schneidemühl-Wiesenthal.
