On September 6, 1818, before Marcin Ratkiewicz, the civil official of the Przedecz commune, Kłodawa County, Warsaw District, appeared Jan Daniel Rosentreter, a bachelor aged 32, and Anna Karolina Ratke [or: Radke], a maiden aged 21. They requested to proceed with the marriage. The banns were published: the first on August 23, the second on August 30, and the third on September 6. Since no impediments were found, the future spouses individually confirmed their desire to enter into matrimony. The official declared them joined in marriage. The act was drawn up in the presence of witnesses: Ludwik Tom, Marcin Ratke, Karol Kamiński, and Robert Ratke. After being read aloud, the act was signed by the official.

We hereby declare that in the presence of the witnesses: Jan Boecker, a clothier from Przedecz, aged fifty-one, and Marcin Radke, a clothier from Przedecz, aged forty-three, on this day a religious marriage was contracted between the widower Jan Rosentreter, a clothier residing in Przedecz, aged fifty-one, and the maiden Anna Suzanna Glokzien, aged twenty, the daughter of the late spouses Krysztof and Dorota Glokzien, residents of the town of Schönlanke in Prussia, deceased, born there, and currently residing in Przedecz with her brother, Marcin Glokzien. This marriage was preceded by three banns on the thirteenth, twentieth, and twenty-seventh of January of the current year in the local parish, as well as the oral consent of the bride's brother, present at the marriage act, which was declared here today. No impediments to the marriage arose, and the newlyweds declare that they have not entered into a prenuptial agreement.
