Yesterday we buried our precious first child, Michael Alexis, at the foot of the cross that stands at our church's new property. Born on Aug 30th at 9 weeks, our tiniest little baby made us parents. We rejoice that he was and always will be a member of our family, even though we will never know him here on this earth. We want our friends to share with us in both this joy and sorrow. Miscarriage, although common, is not often shared. I pray that our story might one day help to comfort another and that our first child will be remembered by you all.
