Chaim-David Zilber, rabbi of the Kola district, appeared together with Chaim Rosentreter, single, 23 years old, the son of Donas and Tauba-Baili nee Lips, the Rosentreter spouses, who lived in the city of Domba, and Khasya-Rukhla Shverzhentzkaya, a 28-year-old, a maiden, the daughter of David and his late wife Ryfka-Mindli, nee Kogan, the Shverzhentskiy spouses, living in the city of Kolo, in the presence of witnesses Berek Naiman, a 33-year-old church minister and Nachman Orber, a merchant, 42 years old, living in the city of Kolo, and announced that yesterday at 8 pm he had blessed a religious marriage alliance between Chaim Rosentreter and Hasya-Ruhla Shverzhentzkaya. This marriage was preceded by three announcements published in the Kola and Domba churches, namely on February 1, 18 and 25 this year. The newlyweds announced that the prenuptial agreement had not been concluded between them. This act is signed after reading by those present.
