Biographical Information: Harold had lived in White County, Indiana all of his life. He attened elementery school at the old Tucker School in Big Creek Township in rural White County, Indiana, and went onto graduate from St. James Lutheran High School in Reynolds, Indiana. He had farmed his entire life, retiring in 1978. Harold was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Reynolds, Indiana, and was in the Church Choir as well. He had served as a Trustee of Round Grove Township for several years.

Marriage Information: On February 20, 1938, at the St. James Lutheran Church in Reynolds, Indiana, he married Velma Anna Maria Meyer. She died November 9, 1998.
